Marketing & Grant Administrative Assistant
This individual is responsible for marketing efforts and the grant processes for the Pinedale Aquatic Center and Friends of PAC. This position is a combo position, partially funded through grant funding provided by Friends of PAC. As a part-time, hourly position this individual should expect to work, on average, around 16 hours per week with occasional higher weeks not to exceed 24 hours per week.
A strong knowledge of PAC and PAC programming will be required. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organized, creative, and have excellent time management skills. This individual must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent required. College course work or experience in writing, marketing and/or design preferred. Technical writing experience, grant writing, and experience working with non-profit organizations preferred.
Terms: Starting wage between $16-19 per hour, depending on experience. This position will be predominantly scheduled on weekdays (Monday-Friday) with an occasional weekend or holiday. The selected candidate will work with the PAC Director to establish schedule.
