Based in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, New Thought is a full-service advertising and creative agency specializing in luxury brands and services. •Design, build and maintain both custom and framework-based websites

•Create back-end code and interfaces for new web platforms

•Optimization of client websites for maximum speed and scalability

•Define & communicate technical & design requirements

•Analyze user needs to implement web site content, graphics, performance, and capacity

•Integrate web sites with other computer applications

•Design user interactions on web pages

•Develop back end website applications

•Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform optimization

•Design & develop APIs

•Keep up-to-date on web developments and trends, communicate to our team

•Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats

•Provide help & support to other team members

•Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders 


•BA degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or similar

•Strong organizational and project management skills

•Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript

•Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber

•Proficiency or familiarity with server side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP

•Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB a plus

•Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

•Proficient understanding of code versioning tools

•Experience with wireframing tools such as Sketch and Adobe Xd.

•Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them

•Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
